Review Consultant for the ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) 2022/1

Phi Analytics serves as a reviewer and consultant for the Review of the ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) 2022/1, a regional project funded by the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF) and implemented by the ASEAN Headquarters. The project supports ASEAN Member States in developing AHTN 2028 in line with the World Customs Organization’s Harmonized System 2028 revision. As part of the assignment, Phi Analytics reviews the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and coherence, and attends the Technical Sub-Working Group on Classification meeting and the Train-the-Trainers workshop as an observer.

Development of Indonesia's 2026 SDG Bond and Blue Bond Allocation and Impact Report

Phi Analytics serves as Sustainable Finance Expert, engaged as a consultant to the Indonesian Ministry of Finance through a banking consortium, to lead the development of Indonesia’s 2026 SDG Bond and Blue Bond Allocation and Impact Report. The report showcases the allocation of SDG Bond and Blue Bond proceeds to selected projects across Indonesia that support SDG implementation, including education, industry, tourism, and the marine economy.

Client: Indonesian Ministry of Finance (through banking consortium) (June 2026 – present).

Building a Data-Driven Culture in Indonesia's Public Sector

Phi Analytics served as the lead facilitator and curriculum developer for an in-house training program on data management and analysis. The program was delivered for a national government institution in Indonesia and supported by Tanoto Foundation. Delivered across two batches in August 2026, the program combined theory with hands-on practice using Agentic AI across seven modules spanning data literacy, data quality and cleaning, descriptive analysis, data storytelling, visualization, and policy brief writing. The training was designed to build a sustainable and evidence-based data culture within the institution that equips participants across its directorates to independently manage, analyze, and translate data into actionable policy recommendations.

Empowering Proactive Healthcare with Data Analytics

Phi Analytics designed the Early Cancer Detection Dashboard, a live and interactive web application designed to support medical professionals in proactive patient screening. The dashboard provides an intuitive interface for healthcare providers to analyze patient demographics, lifestyle factors, and clinical indicators. This solution could help clinics, hospitals, and health-tech organizations allocate resources more efficiently, prioritize high-risk patients, and ultimately drive better clinical outcomes through early intervention.

Phi Analytics contributed directly to the development of PT. SMF Social Housing Bond and Sukuk Report. The report showcased the allocation of Social Bond and Sukuk in 2025 that support the development of housing for low-income family.

Development of ASCEND Sustainability Roadmap 2026-2030

Phi Analytics contributed directly to the development of the ASEAN Standards and Certification for Experts in Disaster Management (ASCEND) Sustainability Roadmap 2026-2030. The roadmap is expected to enhance the quality of disaster management professionals in the region.

Development of the Report on the Implementation of SDGs 7 and 13 in Southeast Asia

Phi Analytics contributed directly to the preparation of a report on the progress of SDGs 7 and 13 in Southeast Asia, providing analytical insights and policy recommendations to inform regional planning and strengthen the energy–climate nexus in ASEAN.
