Senior Economist & Data-Driven Strategy Advisor
Arip is a lecturer/researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia, and a senior economist with over 15 years of experience in research and consultancy. His work focuses on translating complex data into clear insights and policy-relevant narratives. With expertise in economics, data science, digital transformation, sustainability, and public policy, he takes an interdisciplinary approach to addressing development challenges.
Arip has led and supported projects across Southeast Asia, working with organizations such as the ASEAN Secretariat, UNDP, UNESCO, EU, USAID, DFAT, UK Aid, Bappenas, and state-owned enterprise, applying methods such as applied econometrics, economic modelling, and mixed-methods research.
He holds a PhD in Economics (UNU-MERIT/Maastricht University, the Netherlands), Master’s degrees in Public Policy (UNU-MERIT) and Economics (Toulouse School of Economics, France), and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering (University of Indonesia).
Senior Economist and Public Policy Expert
Talitha is an economist and public policy expert with over a decade of experience in policy research and a deep understanding of climate-related challenges in Southeast Asia. She holds a PhD in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, as well as master’s degrees from Harvard University and Université de Rennes, France, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Indonesia.
She currently serves as an Economist at the Asian Development Bank, where she applies rigorous mixed-methods research to inform evidence-based policies. Her work spans multiple countries and institutions, integrating behavioral economics, public finance, political economy, and climate justice. Talitha has collaborated with leading organizations including the World Bank, Save the Children International, the World Resources Institute (WRI), and the Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), bridging academic insights with practical solutions to address complex development challenges.
Information Technology and Digital Transformation Expert
Dewi is a Senior Information Technology Specialist with over 17 years of experience leading digital transformation in the public sector. Her expertise spans artificial intelligence (AI), digital learning, social network analysis, sentiment analysis, big data, network and technology infrastructure, data analysis, business intelligence, quality assurance, cyber security, and Internet of Thing (IoT).
Throughout her career, Dewi has held key roles in national and regional IT operations at Statistics Indonesia (BPS), where she managed complex data systems, coordinated hundreds of field surveyors, developed learning platforms, and led cybersecurity initiatives. She played a pivotal role in building data processing infrastructure, implementing microlearning and LMS platforms, conducting penetration testing on national applications, and integrating geospatial and mobile positioning data into public analytics. As an instructor and guest lecturer, she has taught data science, visualization, and IT across universities, including Udayana University and Sebelas Maret University, bridging technical expertise with public sector applications.
Dewi has a master’s degree from Bandung Institute of Technology (cum laude). She holds certifications in Ethical Hacking, Mikrotik (MTCNA, MTCRE), and has led ISO 27001 readiness efforts and IT Service Management transformations.
